Apparently this song is from a J-pop band called Serani Poji. This song was created for Roommania #203, a 2000 life-simulation game produced by SEGA about a young man living in Japan. The band is currently on hiatus. The publisher of this youtube video is by a Japanese record label, Nippon Crown.
Random Commentary
A lot of Serani Poji’s songs makes me feel so happy. I also wasn’t expecting this song to be for a super old game!
